Returns & Refunds Policy
As all items are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or personal preference.
We will provide a replacement or refund if:
The item arrives damaged
There is a printing defect
The wrong item was sent

Include your order number and clear photos showing the issue
If approved, we’ll organise a replacement or refund at no extra cost.
Please check sizing charts carefully before ordering, as sizing issues are not considered faults.
